Making time for your health and well-being should be on your top priority however, is it? Ask yourself this, how often am I taking time for myself mentally and physically daily?
We spend most of the day at the office. Working; walking around going to meetings from meetings, sitting around, waiting around, overthinking, staring at a screen, nonstop conversing, planning out our tomorrows, worrying about our tomorrows, multitasking, etc. The list goes on and on! We are trying to do all the things. Taking our breaks that tend to overlap our meetings or lunching with clients so we never really take a break. The wheels keep turning people! We are in this constant mode of exhausting ourselves little by little until we burn out. Then we wonder why something doesn’t go the way we wanted it to.
How could one give and receive 100% if we don’t feel 100%? Do we really take a moment to pause and take a break? Where do we put in the time to work on ourselves?
