Adult Classes
All our classes are maximum of 10 people so please register a minimum of 1 hour before class to save your spot for drop in classes. Bring your own water bottle. If you do not have water, water bottles for purchase are available at the front desk. Face towels, mats, and equipment are all included.
Some of our adult dance and dance-fit classes are drop in and some require registration as a series.

Dance-Fit Classes
MoMM’s Out
It's like a girls night out! If you're looking for fun and a new dance routine, this is your class! We start off with a dance-fit warm up and follow along class into a choreographed dance routine after. This class is an only female once a week adult dance class. Where you'll learn a choreographed routine to hip hop, rock n roll, disco, holiday songs, and more! We'll switch it up every couple weeks to clients request and have a ball! (btw: you don't have to be a mom to attend this class)
Wayback Wednesday Dance & Throwback Thursday Dance
Who says getting fit isn't fun?! Because this class is so fun and goes by so fast while getting fit! Playing ol'school music while follow along dancing. A dancefit based class.
Fitness Classes
MoMM Stretch
This a Method of Modern Movement signature class. A feel good class that helps you connect and disconnect at the same time. Spanish guitar is softly being played to mentally escape and sooth you. MoMM Stretch starts off with a standing siesta then goes to a floor flow. Fluid moves from head to toe while adding some conditioning exercises that circulates ones blood flow and oxygen throughout the body. This class is both relaxing and rejuvenating while working your stretch to the max.
MoMM BarreFit
This class works on conditioning the body that combines a bit of pilates moves at the ballet barre with some fuild ballet moves as well. Adding lots of reps and balance through each exercise. Main focus we'll work on is strength and balance. We use resistant bands, exercise balls, and/or light weights (optional).
MoMM Mat
This is Method of Modern Movement's signature class. It is a conditioning class that works through a flow of movements: where fitness meets the foundation of classical dance techniques with a Latin flare. MoMM focuses on proper posture and alignment in the body. Through the consistent flow of moves from head to toe. The method focuses on improving the body’s breath, stability, flexibility, strength, and technique.
Dance Classes
Adult Ballet
This class is for adults and it's focus is on the foundation of classical ballet. This class is for beginners to advanced movers. Students will learn the proper ballet terminology and movements. The class is structured with a classical ballet barre, centre work, and fluid movements across the floor. You'll learn how to dance gracefully while working on strengthening your technique.
Gyrokinesis
Fluid, circular movements. Breathing patterns specially designed movements the nervous system stimulated. Using a stool and/or the mat.
Lyrical/Jazz
This class starts with a dancer’s warm up followed by a dance combination. The style of music & choreography changes from class to class and we always adapt to meet the level of the students taking class.

One-on-one private lessons in-person and online are now being offered with founder Janelle Ordiales Astles and/ or one of her fabulous teachers.
We cater to clients! Email us if you would like longer than 1 hour and/or more than one person in a private lesson. We also do specific styles, technique, events & event choreography, birthdays, etc.
